2. Services Provided
Precision Quality Home Inspections provides residential home inspections, rental-related inspections, and property condition evaluations in accordance with applicable Maryland laws and standards.
All inspections are non-invasive, visual evaluations of readily accessible areas at the time of the inspection.
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
Inspection services are not a guarantee or warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that a property will pass any official inspection.
We do not guarantee future performance or condition of any system or component.
Conditions may change after the inspection date.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure safe and legal access to the property
Review all reports in full upon delivery
Use the inspection report as one part of their decision-making process
5. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports are provided for the sole use of the client.
Reports reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection only.
Reports are delivered digitally, typically the same day unless otherwise noted.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, rental delays, or repair costs.
We are not responsible for conditions that were not visible or accessible at the time of inspection.
7. Third-Party Reliance
Inspection reports are prepared solely for the client who заказed the service. Any third party relying on the report does so at their own risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations should be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled inspection.
Fees for late cancellations or missed appointments may apply.
Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in delayed report delivery or cancellation of services.
